Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
